For these photos I borrowed one of the schools new hybrid cameras and went out into the countryside and also the school gardens. I had fun shooting pictures of animals and composing the picture with lead space in front of the animal. While I was out I found other fun things to take pictures of and got a little distracted, but am starting to see what will make for a good picture if shoot right.

  1. Great shots I expecially like the first photo of the purple flowers. Nice lines and an interesting angle. Nice blur in front of the pink flower photo. My other favorites are of the horses great lines and color with the red in both. The truck/tractor and barn and a lot of detention and barnyard feel to each. Wonderful job.

  2. great photos. Great contrast on the flora pictures. The horse pictures really go good together and I like them. My only wish would be to get rid of that piece of grass that cuts in front of the cats eye.

  3. I like your images for this week. I agree with Anica I really like the first flower pic. I love the lines your composed by the angle you shot the image. My other favorites of your images are your two horse photos. I like how you included their surroundings in the images. It makes them interesting and gives the viewer lots of info! I like the composition of them also.

  4. Nice work! You have a nice depth of field on each of your flower shots. I kinda wish the pink one wasn't centered but I guess it's good to try different compositions instead of always having the focal point be to the side. Your first horse picture is my favorite one, I love the composition and the colors and I think it is just a beautiful shot.

  5. I really liked how you set up each shot and focused on your subject matter. It did strike me as odd though that both horses were practically in the same spot. But other than that the lighting and angles were really good.
